Green Harmony Holdings Limited ("GHH") is incorporated in Samoa with limited liability. Green Harmony Securities Limited 景和证券有限公司 ("GHS") is incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and is regulated by Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) for its dealing in securities (SFC type 1) and advising on securities (SFC type 4) activities (SFC CE. No. BNZ903). Green Harmony Capital 景和资本有限公司 ("GHC") is incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and is regulated by SFC for its asset management (SFC type 9) activities (SFC CE. No. BNZ948). Zhuhai NewDaq Investment Management Limited 珠海纽达投资管理有限公司 ("NewDaq") is incorporated in China with limited liability and is regulated by Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) for its private asset management activities (AMAC Reg. No. P1066731). GHS and GHC are wholly owned subsidiaries of GHH, and NewDaq is connected with GHH.
